Surrey Celebration Site Accreditation
The Surrey Celebration Site at Holland Park in Surrey, British Columbia, will take place February 12th – 28th, 2010 and will be open to all qualified media personnel representing media organizations covering the 2010 Winter Games.

Unaccredited media representatives are media professionals with journalistic status, including radio, television, print and online reporters, photographers and videographers wishing to cover events at the Surrey 2010 Celebration Site.

Obtaining an accreditation to the Surrey 2010 Celebration Site will allow media to cover all events staged at the Surrey 2010 Celebration Site, including press briefings, and provide access to the many services and work spaces available at the site. Please fill out the Media Accreditation application form and submit it to Melissa Snow – Special Events Coordinator City of Surrey, via email msnow@surrey.ca.

Please note the following:

 

• Media personnel must register for access to the Surrey 2010 Celebration Site event using the online accreditation form found here.
  
  
• Journalists applying for accreditation must supply their full details; name, organization, type of coverage planned and full contact details (email & cell phone number).
  
  
• Freelance journalists should apply online as usual, but must also provide a letter of assignment from an editor of the organization they are representing - either printed on letterhead paper, or in an email originating from the organization's formal domain. If this is required you will be contacted following your media application.
